Henry's Holiday Highlight

In the holiday’s I stayed home and played some video games.The game I played was boarderland and it was a shooting game.So I played it keeped playing it on the xbox 360 but after  that It got boring.But we started to play gears of war 2 but after that my cousin arived with his dad.

So he asked me “do you want to go in the car with me to internet cafe” so I said “yes” so we went there at GlennIness to internet cafe.As we went in there we saw a man so we started to pay for one hour.We went in there and chossed a computer and played on it.It got boring is well at the internet cafe so we went home and I asked my mum could I go swimarama with my friend’s so she said yes so I went to go with my cousin to pick up my friend’s.

When my cousin and I already picked all of them up from there house’s so we all walked and talked to swimarama.Once we got there we see heaps of kids so we started to play with them in the pools.The coolest part in swimarama was going to the hydroslide,it is so cool when you go in there its like dark in there.After the that we got hungry so we went to go to shop to get some hot chips.

After we left swimarama we walked back home.When we got home we started to play video games again and it was the same game.As we played it got boaring so I started to ask my mum “mum its boaring can we do the dishes” and she said “yes” so we started to wash the dishes and go back to sleep.

Class Data

1.I think more girls got puppies then boys.
2.I think there more boys that voted pizza then the girls.

3.I think more boys got bothers then girls.
4.I think more boys like pizza then girls.




What we find out was.
There was more girls that have puppies then the boys.There was more class 8 girls then class 6 girls.
There were more boys that had brothers then the girls.There were more boys that voted for pizza then the girls.

Netbook Reflection

The biggest change this year was pencil and paper and swapping it with a Netbook. In term one when I started with my Netbook it was very difficult.When I was holding it I had to look after it and use it as a learning tool, so I don’t drop it. When we all have our chromebook we had to learn, but the most thing I learnt was knowing how to type and do shortcuts on my chromebook.

So as all of us started our test in our netbook, it was kind of tricky on the test. We all had to use our own words and type it on our netbook but we couldn’t look on each others screens. As we all still type on our chromebook but we were using some delightful words and we have to be specific. I started to lose my words but I was looking at the words on google research and I got my words so I typed it up on my netbook  and  the test just finish in 40 minutes.

The best thing about using netbooks for learning is doing hard work with others.But usually my friends help me how to do my learning. Now I know what to do and how to post some of my work on my blog. Next year I want to use my netbook as a learning tool as the time.
